NEW IRONING UNITS WITH ZERO-CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICAL HEATING

Recent years energy cost increase effecting all industry as well as textile sector. Consantrating on this point , we developed a new system for ironing tables -which is the main product operating in the sector- and decreased the energy cosumption 85%. After a sensitive Research and Development , we drived this new tables to the market place 6 months ago.
Electric consumption of ironing tables , having no electric heating , decreased to 0.55kw/h from 3,55 kw/h Electric consumption of ironing boards , having no electric heating , decreased to 0.55kw/h from 2,05 kw/h
By this new system , we have led a medium company -with 100 units ironing tables- to have 5.900 Eur/Month energy saving and electric consumption decrease of 300Kwh. (Assuming electric price is 0,1 eur/Kwh and that company works 9 hours/day and 22 days/month )
Other than energy and cost savings, having no heat on the surface , the tables will give operational ease to operators. And cooling down the garment will take shorter time and so doing increase the operation duration which spent for each work.
The amount of saving that will be gained by this product will change according to the working time of companies and the garment or fabric types. Envoiremental heat increase inside Ironing and Packing divisions of the companies will take a breath especially in summer times. For long years produced electric heated tables will be replaced in vbery near future with this new system and this new development is a big success for both Malkan and textile sector when we think this saving is projected to an Industry.
