Malkan Machinery provides service continuously in ready made garment and laundry and dry cleaning sectore since 1971. And now they again succesfully present new products to their customers. General Manager Assistant Mutlu Alkan and Malkan Marketing and Showroom Manager Salim KÜTÜK answered our questions about new products and purpose of Malkan company.
What kind of innovations Malkan Machinery presents to your customers? What is the most important difference separates your product from your competitors?
Salim KÜTÜK : Our company Malkan Machinery provides service to ready made garment sector , laundry and dry cleaning sector since 1971 year. In these sectors energy costs increase day by day, and our company developed a system under name of R-ENERGY in order to reduce energy costs. We minimize energy losts from beginning of steam production and following of special isolation of facility and isolation of machines. R–ENERGY system begins supporting and designing of our engineers and sales team due to specifing the machines according to customer demand. We follow this step where is the investment will make, our engineers determine steam boiler and capacity according to energy costs in that country. And then we design steam installment, vacuum and air installment and placing the machines in accordance with factory structure. After this step we advice isolation process in order to minimize the energy. Especially if we think about energy lost in steam inlet and outlet line, with correct isolation process we can make good energy saving. Beside this we inform companies about choosing the right steam trap and periodic maintenance of this steam trap, it provides to companies benefit.
