WIND OF MOTIVATION IN MALKAN
The presentation of the conference prepared by the famous personal development expert, sociologist and life coach Ismail Karasu organized with the slogan the power firing human spirit “motivation”, was realized with the participation of all employees in our factory facility.
He explained the reason people are not happy with their lives arose from the negative experiences people lived in the past and from wrong training; if all these are not corrected in our life, the problems they would bring for the future, and how these problems would be overcome, by giving various examples to the participants. He emphasized that the people who lose their patience and hope can never achieve success, never be productive,and would ne people who lose, who are unhappy and lack imagination. “Our slogan is “Success, No Excuse!” People who produce excuses are unsuccessful people. Personal development expert İsmail Karasu who clarified questions such as: “Why should we be people who win?Why should we love our work?”;especially emphasized that the people should love their work they do, their spouse, their friends, the environment they live in. By clarifying the saying “If you are hate centered, your immunity collapses” he stated: “If you look for faults in people they will nevermislead you. You will definitely find a fault. However, if you want to lead a beautiful life, focus on beauty. If you are hate centered, your immunity system is destroyed and you will become ill very easily. One should be love centered.” During the training seminar, employees were told to be a go-getter, a guiding person, understanding and to provide services with smiling faces at all times and were shown how to do these with implementations.
Mustafa Alkan, General Manager of the Malkan Makine which is the example organization in its sector and who participated in the seminar from the beginning to end, stated in the speech he gave, that these types of social activities which will provide positive contribution to the motivation of the employees and amalgamation will increase and continue,content and spiritualsatisfaction the employees felt also motivated him. He thanked İsmail Karasu for his participation and contribution and due to the knowledge, skills and experience with his vast knowledge and strong oratory skills, against the pleasure employees felt with their successful participation and the training which was extremely efficient.
Administrative personnel and workers participating in the training program which continued one whole day; their satisfaction was not missed. Employees stated that this was a very special work for them and they were very happy from the manner program was handled and were very content from the information shared, and they would support the constant continuation of these training. All employees by expressing that they left the training both motivated and also they gained a big awareness, relayed their thanks and appreciation to the organizers of the training, to General Manager and training expert Ismail Karasu.
