THE 43TH ACTIVITY IN MALKAN

MALKAN, established by Mustafa Alkan in 1971 as a small workshop in Karakoy, has become a big company by exporting over 750 varieties of products to 85 countries on 5 continents. Celebrating the anniversary of the founding of Malkan Machinery, social activities for employee satisfaction is continuing non – stop.

After evaluation over suggestions for improvement which were given by employees during the year 2013, outstanding staff awards were presented by Mustafa Alkan. Outstanding staff awards ceremony was arranged in Malkan Machinery factory facilities with organized lunch that brought together all of the management and employees, at the ceremony speech, General Manager Mustafa Alkan made a speech and he thanked to each employee up to the top executives who contributes to improvement system and wanted to continue their selfless contribution.

At the 43th year scope of activities, traditional monthly birthday celebration began after the improvement recommendations awards ceremony. Staff members, who were born in March, celebrated their birthdays with all employees by cutting a birthday cake. Birthdays which are organized each month make a significant contribution to establishing good relationship between management and employees.

General Manager Mustafa Alkan; After he celebrated staff birthdays, he added that “This type of social activities which make great contribution to employees motivation will sustained and also added that staff satisfaction and spiritual satisfaction motivated himself.
