FESTIVAL OF 40th ANNIVERSARY IS GOING ON AT MALKAN
Malkan, leader of industrial textile ironing machines since 1971, is celebrating 40th anniversary by doing a new social activities for its employee. According to the practice, started on August and continuing till now, birthday of employee is grouped and their birthday is celebrated by cutting a cake. At this organization every employees celebrate their friend’s birthday and eat cake. Birthday celebrating includes both the newly started and the senior employee. Also it includes the leader of company.
In addition to birthday celebrating, marriage anniversary celebrating, sending flower employee’s wife/ husband, having a picnic, going to Mecca, giving meal on Ramadan, meat & food help, and some sportive activities are traditional of Malkan for the motivation of employee.
Mustafa Alkan, leader of Malkan Machine, number one at its sector, says that this kind of social activities have positive effect on the motivation of employee, so we will continue to do this activity. Also he says “we are very motivated from the pleasure of employee.”
