Mr. Ömer, could you kindly introduce yourself to us?
I am Omer Yatmaz, I was born in Sivas in 1974. I have started production of garment as an apprentice in the middle of 80s.
How did you start to garment and readymade garment sectory which is foremost for our country?
Our country is production country for textile and readymade garment. We have started in this sector as an apprentice. After several stages, thanks to God, we established factory with my three partners who are interested in this sector as me. We established to Ceren Tekstil in 2006 as four partners. We produce fason production to companies who sell suits.
What would you like say about the development of Ceren Tekstil from its development up to now?
Ceren Tekstil was established in 2006 with four partners. We are stitching fason suits. In our factory 165 employees and we producing 900 pcs suits per a day.
How was the situation of your company and sector in 2015? Could you kindly tell us your investments if you have?
2015 was generally nice. Our factory produced full capacity. But unfortunately profit rate was so low. That is to say, we worked but did not earn money. We researched the reason of it and understood that customer wants high quality and ready for paying the differences of quality. When we pursue cheap fason sewing, our competitors have already recovered their quality and technology. For this reason we decided to renovate our equipment’s. We recovered our ironing system. We purchased computer technology ironing presses.
What do you give attention when you make an investment in Machine Park?
We are doing our work corrosively. We know our job very well. What is our deficient? What is the source of problem? We can make firm. We thought so much if we buy European or local brand. All the references indicated to us Malkan.
What do you think about your preference as a native brand Malkan for ironing equipment’s? Is it right preference? Are you pleased with Malkan?
Yes, I can say that we are so pleased with MALKAN. Because, MALKAN produce pressing machine according to our jackets form. Presses are so equipped. They have all programs, software and equipment’s which they need. Malkan’s team is so effective and companionable. They are with us whenever we need them. Qualities of materials are so good. They completely use quality proved materials in international markets. They are advanced in the field of creating special molds. I would like to say that we purchased so effective ironing presses from Malkan.
What is your expectations about sector and your company in 2016?
We hope that everything will be good. Our neighbor countries are disordered and have problems as you know. And our country is exposed to terror attack. We produce to companies who export their products to Iran, Syria, Egypt etc., if their profit rate reduces, it will reflect to us.

Garment industry is prominent sector in our country. Even, in our small company 165 employees work. We hope to take support from our government. Finally, we appreciate to Malkan Machinery families for their support. We wish to successful works in Turkey.
