MALKAN WIND WILL BLOW IN FRANKFURT
MALKAN MAKINA has also taken its place among the participants at the TEXPROCESS Exhibition, which will be organized between the dates of 09-12 May this year in Frankfurt city of Germany. TEXPROCESS has been replaced as an additional phase for the TECHTEXTIL trade fair instead of IMB Cologne which is ended on 2009. The TEXPROCESS fair, which was held every two years in Frankfurt and organized, firstly in 2011, is also one of the best fairs in the field of Apparel Machinery and Technologies like IMB.
Malkan Makina, the leader company in the production of ready-made ironing machines of our country, will be among the many companies participating in the fair from Turkey and will exhibit the latest and high-tech products in this year’s fair. Malkan Machine Factory Manager Metin KILIÇ, which we have consulted on the subject, said: “We have participated as a visitor in the 3 fairs that were held before. We watched the fair development. Especially with our position, namely the ironing systems, we have studied the situation of the competitors and visitors. From 1991 to 2009, we have been involved in the Cologne-IMB, one of the leading trade fair and forum organizations in the past. In fact, there was a lack of such a fair after –IMB in European region. We decided to join TEXPROCESS in the opinion that the IMB could take its place. We are very hopeful of this participation. We are also thrilled to be back in Germany for a long time. Especially our customers from abroad were constantly pushing us to join us. We are very excited to meet them again with such an important and grand exhibition”.
KILIÇ, which generally evaluates the market and the performance of Malkan in 2016, “Despite the prevailing general stagnation in the markets, as Malkan, we left behind a very busy year. Especially we have a lot of orders for export. In the last quarter of the year, orders were received and our production line was filled until the end of August 2017. With this intensity continuing at the beginning of 2017, special press production capacity of high technology product until the end of 2017 is filled. At the TEXPROCESS fair, we are going to get requests for which we have are planning for 2018. But we also aim to introduce our new projects supported by TUBITAK. For example, the innovations we have developed for trouser ironing systems will be presented to our customers. According to feedbacks we will continue to improve our activities. We believe that this year’s fair will be more bright and vibrant with the participation of Malkan.
